Injection moulding
Injection moulding is in our genes. We have been building on our solid experience and knowledge since 1977. The possibilities, our wide range of production techniques, the dos and don'ts, we know them all! We contribute all this experience to your project.
Anziplast processes a range of high-quality plastics, including: PBT, PC, ABS, PP etc. We produce products with an injection weight from a few grams to around 10 kg.
All machines, from 30 to 1.500 tonnes, are fitted with a robot for automatic stacking as well as any line assembly and quality control required. We can also deliver conditioning, printing, ultrasonic insertion and ultrasonic welding of components. Inserts can also be automatically overmoulded.
